One can incorporate Ashwagandha into their diet by sprinkling the powder form into cocoa, oatmeal, or even dessert. One can have a teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with a glass of water, which could have mood boosting benefits as well as cod manage thyroid disorders by balancing thyroid hormome.
