Dandelion is a herb (well most of us consider it as a pesky weed growing in our lawns and gardens) and it has been used in various traditional medicine for treating many conditions. It is a rich source of beta carotene and Vitamin C and B complex. It is used for loss of appetite, upset stomach, eczema and joint pain.
