Uncontrolled Uric acid levels are associated with an increases risk of developing diabetes and kidney disease. People with gout need to regulate their uric acid levels even if they are not experiencing related symptoms such as painful arthritic disorder. Uric acid, which is produced by the liver, is a chemical breakdown product of metabolism that can build up in the blood and could lead to common form of arthritis called gout, kidney stones and kidney damage.

Exercise, cutting down on certain foods including red meat, alcohol, could help keep the uric acid levels in the normal ranger. It is essential to maintain good eating habits to regulate the levels of uric acid. Here are few foods to maintain Uric acid levels at normal.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar helps in removing excess wastes from the body including uric acid, by breaking down the uric acid and eliminating it. It also helps restore the alkaline acid balance in the body, reducing inflammation and free radicals.

Add one teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar to a glass of water, drink this solution two times a day. Make sure to consult your doctor if you are on diuretic drugs.
